Residency at Alturas Gardens Apartments requires all persons to meet eligibility and screening requirements. Income and assets will be verified. In addition to standard wages, income includes money received from other sources such as alimony, child support, pension, and social security. A complete definition of income is available in the rental office for inspection. Income limits depend on household size. The purpose of the Multi-Family Housing program is to provide adequate, affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary rental units for very low, low, and moderate-income households in rural areas.
